The car was featured in the 1988 catalogue but I don't think it was available outside Japan in 1988. It was Kyoshos answer to the Clod Buster.
It handles really bad. Under power it will veer off with very little directional stability beause of the janky steering and rear steering setup. I have added toe in to the rear which helped a lot, but it's still bad. It's the way it should be though so I'm happy with that. I don't mod my vintage cars unless I'm missing parts. It has way more speed available than it needs because of the motors despite small pinions. Crawler motors would be better and more controllable as these are overgeared.
