The front-end loader on my Kubota L1-18 had badly leaking hydraulic rams, so I pulled them apart for a full rebuild. In this video, I show the whole process step by step, including a few simple tricks that make the job much easier.

✅ Loosening a stubborn gland nut with a quick tapping trick
✅ Warming new seals in hot hydraulic oil so they slip on easily
✅ Using a zip tie to stretch piston seals over the edge without damaging them
✅ Reassembling the cylinders and testing for leaks
