I usually didn't start recording movies until these intros were done but I had to be a bit sneaky with this one so my parents didn't know I was taping it (it was in the Thursday at 8 'death slot' so I simply told them I was taping The Cosby Show and even changed the VCR's channel number). 37 years later it survives as proof that at one time nudity was in fact shown on broadcast TV in prime time. There were a few minor trims (mainly the reveal of Kitten Natividad was cut short) but most nudity remained. Announcer is Ray Nakamoto who was a voiceover god in the area and did most of them for this station.
A lot of independent stations did this; in Sacramento KTXL had done it for a while and KRBK saw how great it was and joined them. Within 2 years viewer complaints had put a stop to it and this sort of thing was never seen again.
