. This is a USB rechargeable Arc Lighter made by Kosie. Arc lighters are different from traditional gas lighters in that they use a high voltage to create an electrical discharge (a corona arc in this case) to act as a means of ignition. Simply press down on the lever to expose the electrical contacts and turn on the lighter. And it does work quite well in lighting items! And as mentioned, it's USB rechargeable so it can be charged back up when it runs low.
