So on play my thing on my Kross. Let me repeat: I am not saying that the Kross sounds any better than a real guitar, let alone the original song. I just know that there are many guitarists out there, who use the Kross for practize, and appreciate any tip to make their Kross sound more like a "real band". About the song itself: It is often missunderstood about being about a lost love. Sorry, this is not what this song is about. It's about the wound that the death of a loved one leaves behind in your heart that you will never recover from for the rest of your life. It's not about you teenage idiots being dumped. It's about how you feel when your child dies: You're gonna wait for it to return - for the rest of your life. And there's nothing you can do to change that pain. You will carry that pain around with you - for the rest of your life.
You will become so used to having that pain that it will become a red dot like in the video. You must chase it. To get back what you once had. But - like in the video - you never will. That soul is gone, and no matter how long you chase it, you will never able to reach it.
And on I wait/waste my whole lifetime.
