There is nothing like a great Knotted Bracelet made with some amazing beads and thread from the March Gemstone Orphanage Subscription Box.
It's simple, easy to make, and looks great on the wrist.
Of course, nothing says you can't use whatever beads and threads you want, but if you have the box, you have everything you need.
It's also fun to see how many times Steve can stick himself with the needle, not to mention trying to avoid setting himself and the project on fire while sealing the ends of the cord.
To make the bracelet you will need:
• about 8 feet of 1 mm cord
• 28 6mm round beads
• 1 oval focal bead, 13x18 mm
Tools:
• a needle (we use the big-eye needles
• pliers to pull the needle through the beads
• scissors to cut the cord
• ruler
• macrame board (optional, but recommended)
• a clamp or bead bug or binder clips
• lighter or torch
