We are excited to introduce to you the Gemstone Orphans who will be up for adoption through a new, limited-edition, non-subscription, Gemstone Orphanage Bead Box. The actual bead box opening and preview will be available in about a week when the box will go on sale thru our website: homestrungjewelry.com
The basis for this special collection of Gemstone Orphans and beads is the astronomical event occurring in August when the world will experience a second full moon in a single month which is known as a Blue Moon.
Only once every 33 months there are 13 full moons in a year and 2 full moons in a month. We felt this was worth celebrating by bringing you our "Once in a Blue Moon" Gemstone Orphanage Bead Box.
All of the Gemstone Orphans in these boxes are Blue Agate Crescent Moons. Each is unique and delivered with a full set of adoption papers that include a registry number, stats, description, stone family characteristics, and the Orphan's name.
The rest of the box is filled with a curated collection of gemstone, crystal, glass, and metal beads and findings. You can see the rest of the box next week.
Once again, this is not part of our subscription box program. August is a month between our regular subscription offerings (we call them "Tween" boxes) which we will occasionally offer to all of you.
