In this tutorial Debby makes the Evening Star Earring and Necklace Pendant using materials from the Once in a Blue Moon Gemstone Orphanage Special Edition box. With a little patience, anyone should be able to finish this bead-weaving project in short order.
You are not limited to the materials from the Once in a Blue Moon box. Other colors are available in many bead stores and online.
Materials needed for a Pair of Evening Star Earrings:
• 2 round beads 6mm
• FireLine beading thread, 6-pound, crystal or white
• 12 Czeck 2-hole Crescent Moons
• 12 Czech Gem Duos
• 110 size 15/0 Seed Beads
• 2 ear wires
Materials needed for an Evening Star Pendant:
• 1 round bead 8mm
• FireLine beading thread, 6-pound, crystal or white
• 8 Czech 2-hole Crescent Moons
• 8 Czech Gem Duos
• 104 size 15/0 Seed Beads
• 22 size 11/0 Seed Beads
Tools:
• needle (Big Eye)
• scissors
