Donkey Kong was hosting a guided nature hike at his mountain, but Peach, Yoshi, and Shy Guy brought their karts along, so DK decided to turn the hike into a race! At DK Mountain, our races will meet a treacherous terrain, many risky, sharp turns, and some pesky boulders that are guaranteed to flatten them like a pancake!
This is one of my most architecturally advanced projects yet! I spend an hour or two just making the track and the landscape. For both the grass at the bottom and the mountainside, I used green and white wrapping paper, respectively. I also used some large containers to hold up the paper, and to make it more of a mountain.
I also had to add a lot of k'nex rods and connecters beneath the course to hold it up and to keep it from falling apart. I used at least 125 peices just to pull this off, and it worked.
I put a lot of effort into this project, so I hope I can get some good feedback.
