I love Klonoa 2. It's a well refined platformer that took the elements that made the original so fun, and further refined them, making the big generational jump from the PS1 to the PS2 beautifully. This is a simple, fun, and refined 2.5D platformer.

Luckily, it appears that the PS2 version of the game has come down in price thanks to the Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series rerelease. It's still hovering around $40-$50, but last i checked, it WAS around $200 which is insane.

If I didn't own the originals, and wanted to play them, I would definitely snatch up Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series, and I still might. It seems that even the Wii version has come down in price as well thanks to the re-release.

Great series. If you're interested in playing this game check out the Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series on the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Series X, and PC because it's affordable, and these games are simple, yet still fun to this day.

Now if only we could get a Tomba re-release.
