If you are running Klipper and need additional connections for additional fans, heaters, thermistors, neopixels, etc. the Klipper Expander is a fantastic drop in option. It is designed by Timothy Abraham, a member of the Voron team, and can be purchased for around $20-$25.
In this video, I walk through adding the Klipper Expander to my Voron 0.1, though you could add this to any printer running Klipper as long as you have the physical room available. The dimensions of this board are a mere 100x24x17mm.
