After several months of printing on the Lulzbot Sidekick 289, I created this video to share highlights of my experiences with this printer. I cover several issues that I ran into and the fixes that Lulzbot provided. I also show some high quality prints that I've gotten on this machine with close up detail.
I am very glad that Lulzbot addressed these issues so quickly and are continuing to be committed to improving the Sidekick printers. Hopefully this gives you a good sense of how Lulzbot supports their machines.

Oops! I noticed I slipped up on a few things in the video as I was speaking.
1) The Einsy Retro board is made by Ultimachines, not Ultimaker.
2) I accidentally said "Hot swappable" Toolheads. They need to be swapped while turned off. But you still need to use the menu to change the toolhead as well (while powered on).
