I have decided to set aside my creature comforts and explore the world! In the first of a brand new series, Kit's Quest, I get inspired by the exploits of Van Life legends Lou and Emily from Camper Vibe, and go off in search of the mythical "Snake Valley" which is the made-up name I gave to an area of Snake Woodlands in Derbyshire, England, for the purposes of making things a little more exciting! Along the way, I stop off at the market town of Bakewell, famous for its Bakewell Tarts - or Cherry Bakewell for safety - and do a lot of driving up and down Snake Road, which is regarded as one of the best driving roads in Britain.
It's a road trip. It's an adventure. It's an excuse to get busy living!
