This is the 168th episode of Kingdom Hearts, "The Revelation".
This is the last of the ten episodes derived from Re: Coded and the final episode of the fourth season of the Kingdom Hearts series.
In this episode, we learn that it was the datascape's version of Namine that altered one of the messages from Jiminy's journal as a way to make Sora face the hurt of those who's memories are inside his heart. The biggest revelation is that he also has the memories of the three Keyblade wielders from Birth by Sleep, Aqua, Terra, and Ventus in his heart. Another revelation is that Diz/Ansem the Wise implanted the results of his research inside Sora as a way of repentance, believing he was at fault for what happened during the events of KH1, 358/2 Days, and KH2. He says so himself in a conversation he had with Aqua in Blank Points, the secret ending to Birth by Sleep, which was originally a part of the final episode derived from Re: Coded, but will now have a separate upload on it's own, as it had to be removed due to time constraints.
However, the secret ending to Re: Coded is still in this episode, where Yen Sid alerts Mickey of Master Xehanort's return and the coming Mark of Mastery exam for Sora and Riku in KH3D, the fifth season of the series, which is the basis behind the note he sends Sora, Riku, and Kairi on the Destiny Islands at the end of both KH2 and Re: Coded, and Mickey states just what's in that message near the end of this episode.

The opening credits were originally uploaded by those that used the DVD Cinematic Collection of KH2, and the end credits were originally uploaded by pspgameboycutscenes, and are from the original version of Re: Coded.
