This is the 105th episode of Kingdom Hearts, "Roxas and Namine".
When Roxas ends up in a Station of Awakening, we see passages similar to the ones seen in episode 28. In that case, it was probably Ventus communicating with Sora, since his heart was (and still is) inside Sora. In this case, it could be Sora, Ventus, or Xion communicating with Roxas.
NOTE: Except for the logos at the end of the end credits, the contents of this video were originally uploaded by numerous users, such as LilAnimeGangsta, SafiSora, Dragonarh, 1KairiKingdomHearts1, and others who uploaded it from the DVD Cinematic Collection of KH2.
