This is the 97th episode of Kingdom Hearts, "The Theft of Roxas' Power".
After learning that she actually stole some of Roxas' power when she teamed up with him in Agrabah in the first part of the episode, Xion goes to Axel to try to find out why, and learns that she is a replica designed to duplicate Roxas' power and abilities.
Also, Xemnas divulges that he wants Sora's power, something that becomes even more clear near the end of KH3D when Xehanort captures Sora and tries to turn him into one of his vessels of darkness. This was first hinted at in the nine-episode Chain of Memories arc (episodes 48-56), and has become more apparent as this adventure has continued.
