I genuinely did not expect to see Kingdom Hearts 4 show up during today’s Nintendo Direct. The second I saw Sora appear on screen, I completely lost it. In this short reaction video, I talk about the reveal, my first impressions of the gameplay, the visuals, and what this could mean for Nintendo Switch 2 players moving forward.

The trailer gave us another look at the realistic Quadratum setting, new combat moments, and the long-awaited return of the Kingdom Hearts series after years of waiting. Fans have been waiting since Kingdom Hearts III, so seeing Kingdom Hearts 4 finally appear during a Nintendo Direct was honestly surreal.
