No stranger to demolition operations in Atlantic City, New Jersey, having felled major structures there as far back as 1972, CDI provided a logical solution toward getting the deteriorating nursing home structure on the ground safely. Following completion of environmental remediation, implosion preparations were quickly completed and the 17-story, structural steel structure was felled, on schedule, with minimal impact on the community. This was the first structure CDI performed for Sun International and the Kerzner family.
