this past month has been.... join me as i catch y'all up on what's been going on, force myself to get off social media, & pour back into me. which meant giving myself a week to do nothing but order takeout & watch anime while I work on getting my a** back in the gym lol. navigating these times are not going to be a linear journey, but the goal this week was allowing myself to sit in my feelings, practice non-duality, & finding gratitude in each moment, good or bad
