i'm in between leases, so naturally i decided to book a one way solo trip to costa rica to heal from the cycle of toxic productivity i felt myself stuck in. i also went with the intention of healing my inner child & falling back in love with myself. my first week alone in costa rica was definitely not what i thought. watch a peek into what my last few days have been like + a long chat on embracing discomfort and learning from triggers.
