I mentioned this old video I made five years ago about complicated love-hate Kiara / Vitani relationship.
It was a Mep part too, but that was my Mep that just didn't work out.

Kiara here is not a princess, she's a common lioness, a soldier told to protect the Pridelands from evil outlanders, told to hate them.
However she and Vitani turned out to be lovers, they keep their connection a secret because otherwise they would be banished and hated by their prides.
Sarabi is Kiara's imaginary tutor, her teacher and a trainer, an image of everyone Kiara looks up to.
In her mind Kiara talks to Sarabi, apologising for being stuck with "those wrong feelings", admitting she felt sorry for Vitani when all Kiara learned told her not to.
Remembering how she let romantic things happen, now she can't be "a good pridelander", can't be true with her pals, her parents, can't fight the outlanders like she used to.
Kiara wants to return to her old state of mind when she didn't know Vitani, wants "to fix it", but she can't, and Sarabi in Kiara's mind gets so disappointed and angry, and the images of possible exile haunt Kiara
