This is a key finder flashlight that I've had for years. It beeps when you whistle but it must be the right frequency and it has a small LED for a light. This originally had a red LED but I put a white one in. I was fixing it just now and didn't think it worked but i got it to beep again. I cannot seem to find anything online about this device.
