I made this rig out of a CFL light bulb with a fried inverter, the flyback circuit from a disposable camera, a 2 C battery holder and an Ice Breakers candy container. Works pretty good but it's not as bright as a normal CFL but it works for power outages. I hope you like this and a little shoutout to Robb Demarest of Ghost Hunters International. Love that show.
