What if they fired everyone who might benefit from DEI programs?

DEI isn’t what most people think it is. It isn’t a checkbox on an application that gives you the job.

DEI works for:
-Jobs for veterans
-Equal pay for women
-Accommodations for disabilities
-Paid family leave
-Paid sick leave
-Employee resource groups
-Non-descrimination policies
-Job training programs and funding
-Job transfer training like from coal workers to clean energy
-and so much more

Without Disney’s DEI initiatives we wouldn’t have Moana, Inside Out, Coco, Soul, Turning Red, Encanto, Luca, etc.

DEI basically covers anything that involves anyone who isn’t a straight, white, cis, man.
