Mr Baker is practically bouncing off the walls this week as we're finally letting him get stuck into some Christmas baking with you all! It's his favourite time for year for getting creative in the kitchen and, if we're honest, it's ours too!
This week he's 'no-baking' it up with a recipe that has us pondering... Is it Rocky Road…? Is it a Chocolate Biscuit Cake…? Is it a Tiffin…? Honestly, we're not entirely sure, but we DO know that it tastes absolutely delicious!
Gather up some of your festive favourites this December and turn them into Mr Baker's Christmas Leftovers Rocky Road Bars (feel free to suggest a better name… 😬).
