With wireless phone connectivity in the Kenwood DMX5710S, you don't even have to take your phone out of your pocket. You still have the option to plug in your phone to keep it charged; it'll work the same.
The DMX5710S fits into a traditional double-DIN (4-inch) dash opening, but Kenwood has whittled down the size of the chassis so it will fit into shallower openings. It's a 6.8-inch capacitive touchscreen without a volume knob, but it gains a sleek look that is a good match for most interiors. It's not quite HD, but it's contrasty with punchy colors, and always easy to read.
