This 4 port USB hub is in daily use and constantly connects, disconnects, connects again. It keeps failing and doesn't even need to be touched to cause a disconnect.
Time then to fix it.
This video shows the disassembly of the device, repair of the wiring and eventual repair. The new heat shrink and glue fix around the wiring makes for a very solid connection and the 4 port hub now no longer connects and disconnects at random.
