KCCA Meets COSASE Over Audit Findings, Asked to Present Buyala Dumping Site Reports @ubctvuganda

Kampala Capital City Authority have been tasked to present all comprehensive documents relating to the implementation and construction of the buyala dumping site.

The directive follows concerns raised in the Auditor General’s Report for the Financial Year ended 30th June 2025, which identified Buyala dumping site as a facility that could pose a risk to human health and safety for communities living near the site.
