The king of Lendu, Jimmy Agenunga Rapia the III and Ayivu County in Lugbara chiefdom have mourned the fallen king of Toro, Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.
They describe the fallen king as a uniting factor among cultural institutions in Northern Uganda.
