As Tooro Kingdom prepares to bid farewell to the late Omukama Oyo Rukidi IV, preparations for his final journey are taking shape, with government and the Kingdom emphasizing a dignified send-off befitting his status and contribution to the people.

Speaking to journalists today at the Uganda Media Centre, Minister for the Presidency Hon. Milly Babirye Babalanda, together with the Omuhikirwa of Tooro Kingdom Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki and State Minister Kamuli Kutesa, outlined the burial arrangements while reflecting on the legacy left behind by the fallen King.
