Sometimes you gotta just get away and leave the emergencies for later. Even simple things like making a video. Many of my productions can take 40 or 50 hours to make. And this week, I realized there was no way I'd get one done before my imagined deadline. So, I cheated and whipped this episode up to fill the gap and enable me more time to get a 'decent' mini-movie rendered. Is that cheating? Or am I getting caught up in the editing and forgetting that there is much more to this social media content thing, like story, that makes a good watch? I don't know. I hope you forgive me. I'm still figuring this stuff out. Haha. I wish I was joking. What do you think? Should I just upload videos when they're done, regardless of how long they take? Or do you enjoy these candid, behind-the-scenes looks into my life as well? Perhaps 'Kayak Talk' would make a nice intermittent series for when the editing overwhelms me.
