Guest Speaker: Doug Moe
Doug Moe returned to our Rotary podium to speak about his newest book about Kit Saunders-Nordeen. Doug has been a journalist in Wisconsin for more than four decades. He wrote a daily newspaper column in Madison for 18 years and prior to that was editor of Madison Magazine. He is the author of more than a dozen books, including, most recently, "Tommy: My Journey of a Lifetime," which was a collaboration with Tommy G. Thompson on the former governor's autobiography. He talked about his nemest book titled "The Right Thing to Do: Kit Saunders-Nordeen and the Rise of Women's Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Wisconsin and Beyond."
