In this video I check-in mid month (July 2021) and show you how the pens and inks I'm using are working out. This month so far - I did two refills, a nib change and an ink swap - and everything is going very well - in fact these pens and inks make the A/B honor roll!!! We look specifically at how these pens are working on both of my current paper types I'm using: 52 gsm Tomoe River paper and CVS Caliber Paper.
Here is a list of the pens and inks shown:
1. Noodler's Ahab Clear with Fountain Pen Revolution Ultra Flex EF and Robert Oster Australian Opal Grey ink.
2. TWSBI Vac 700 R Iris - B - with Colorverse Gravity Wave ink.
3. TWSBI Eco Red Transparent - M - with Kaweco Ruby Red ink.
4. TWSBI Eco Blue Transparent - B - with Monteverde Horizon Blue ink.
5. Opus 88 Omar Clear - B - (NOTE: started the month with 1.5 nib unit but swapped to the B nib unit - this ink may be a tad dry for me) with Pelikan Edelstein Aquamarine ink.
6. Jinhao 992 Clear - B TWSBI nib - with Akkerman #13 Simplicities Violet (NOTE: this is an ink change - I wrote the pen dry of Birmingham Twilight OLD formula and decided I'd like to have a BRIGHT purple).
7. Jinhao X750 pink - B Jowo nib (this is the nib that actually came on my 2nd Serendipity it's not AS smooth as the first one was but it's great) with Rohrer & Klingner Solferino.
8. Moonman M600S Tiger's Eye B Goulet nib with Noodler's Golden Brown. (I'm still working out some puzzledness over this feeling feedbacky ... I'll be looking at it closely to make sure everything is okay with it.

Thank you for watching! The writing is going quite well this month. I've cleaned out about 7 pens this week but these 8 July pens are really a joy to write with and I'm using them daily in letters and in my process notebook/workbook project.
