This is what I recommend learning as the next step after learning how to juggle. It's called Reverse Cascade, or otherwise known as "over the top" throws. In this video I show a couple of different patterns that combine reverse cascade with normal cascade, namely, "Tennis" - same ball goes back and forth over the top, and a "Half Shower" - one hand throws every ball over the top while the other hand throws every ball under.
