Every Sunday I volunteer for 3 to 6 hours unicycling around, picking up trash from the streets of Berkeley and depositing it in the city trash cans. For this particular untrashing workout I was joined by my unicycle basketball buddy Jim Sowers who filmed me here. A passerby filmed both of us for the last part of this video. Trash picking on the unicycle is great exercise and it's especially rewarding knowing that I'm doing something of goodness for my town. When I can, I also participate in the clean-ups of Untrash East Bay, a group started in 2019 by Stephan Orme, which you can find out more about here: www.untrash.it
