Judge Ron O'Leary discusses the expansion of the Cleveland Housing Court to include Environmental Issues such as dumping. Currently the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas handles the criminal docket. Judge O'Leary hopes to expand the Court's authority to be able to hear these cases that adversely effect the community.
