Mr. Campbell was filming the East Cleveland Police Department when they allowed a drunken driver to go who also had a suspended license. It is a FACT the persons engaging in law enforcement had not taken mandatory training in years and were unlawfully engaging as police officers. To make matters worse one of the "auxiliary officers", Adam Bryce Scott who has been acting in this role since 2017 HAS NEVER BEEN TO BASIC TRAINING AND HAS NEVER GOTTEN AND APPOINTMENT FROM THE STATE TO ENGAGE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT. City Prosecutor Heather McCollough is prosecuting Campbell for resisting arrest. This is 1 of 4 body cam videos.
