I love TWEWY and I even recently got a friend of mine to start playing it. xD
So naturally when Shelby decided to host a mep using one of TWEWY's beloved songs, I just couldn't resist. And of course I had to use TWEWY for my part, I just can't see this song going well with any other footage.
Originally, I had planned on including all of the TWEWY characters, but this turned into a Joshua and Neku only video. Now, how'd that happen? :P
Do I need to mention that they are my two favorite characters? Actually, I think I may have a slight obsession with Joshua.....xD

So Shelby hosted this in honor of her 600+ sub. I think I already told you this, but I'm going to say it again : Congrats Shelby! You totally deserve all of these subs and many more ;D

(also, plz watch in HD) This is my video for the second round of Shipping Wars. Im happy to have passed the first round! Of course, death would be the only way, for me, to separate my OTP. However I argued in my previous video that their love for eachother was eternal and could overcome death. Well I thought of a story to counter attack that. I wanted to use three songs for this. I could not choose one, so I ended up using two of the three. I found it odd at first combining a Japanese with an English song, but I like how it turned out. This is my first time editing with a Japanese song...and I used a Vocaloid song! I also added subtitles for the voice overs I used. Story: The video starts with Aya, recalling how she met Kyle. One night, while she was asleep, a young man (Kyle) pointed his gun at her. However, the young girl awoke, and by self defense and fast reaction, burned the armed hand of her attacker. Kyle and Aya are both killer assassins who were set out to kill eachother. However, for some reason, which soon became apparent, they could not do it. 0:27 shows Kyle, putting his gun away, when he had the chance to shoot Aya who had turned her back. 0:37 shows Ayas hesitation toward shooting the man in front of her. Unafraid, he lowers her arm, knowing that she will not shoot, because he knows, as well as she, that even though they cannot admit it, they have fallen in love. After a few years (yes, theres a big time lapse between 0:47 and 0:48) They decide to abandon their former lives as killers and get married. However, the day of their weeding, a group of armed men storm in. Distracted by those men, Aya is caught off guard as her beloved shoots her. ( that is suppose to be Kyle shooting at Aya at 0:53) Aya survives, and shoots down all the men, only to point her gun once more towards her finance. Shocked, she asks him why he choose betrayal. He only replies with a sinister laugh. In cold blood, Aya shoots down the man she loved who betrayed her. Aya then regrets ever meeting Kyle, because she dreams of what, could now, never be. If they had never met she would still be killing people as a living. He soften her. But not enough to save himself. Then one day, Kyles soul appears before Aya (1:28 - 1:54 is suppose to be the song from Kyles point of view, previously it was from Ayas) Surprised, Aya points her gun towards him. Kyle asks her if she will use it. She does not reply, as she recalls his death by her own hands. Kyle gets dangerously closer, claiming he does not want to hurt her. Aya states that she will not fall for that again. She had already been betrayed once, she refuses to be deceived again. Once more, in cold blood, Aya shoots down the man she once loved. Before disappearing completely, Kyle reveals to Aya that his former accomplices warned him to stay away from Aya. But his love for her was too strong, and he could not stay away. In his mind it is Aya whom betrayed him. The day of their wedding, when his former accomplices dashed in, all Kyle wanted, was to protect the woman he loved. However, they took over his body and made him shoot her. Resulting in his death by the hands of the woman whom he loved and believed would never betray him. Kyles final words are that his soul is hurting, as he disappears for good, he falls in the arms of his beloved. (the song now goes back to Ayas point of view) She realizes that all she ever wanted was to see his smile. What have I done? Aya sheds a tear as she dreams of a life where she and Kyle had met under different circumstances, away from guns. Driven by sadness, Aya only wishes for one thing, her death. She asks Kyle to watch over her, a request that cannot be fullfilled because she has not only killed the man she loves but also destroyed his soul. He is now gone, forever out of her reach. $Takuto x Rio - Unconditionally {MEP part} ~Read the Description to understand the Story~ This is my first anime cross over! ^^ I really like how it turned out, and I even came up with a story while making it! ~ Story : Rio, a young shy girl one day starts feeling unwell as she shivers and crumbles down. Little did the people around her know, that this is something she was used to. Usually no one helped her. However, this time a young boy with a warm smile looked at her and extended a gentle hand to help her back up. Surprised, Rio smiled back at the stranger and accepted his hand. This was the start of a new friendship. Sometime later, Rio discovered Takutos secret. She caught him singing, or rather trying to sing. His voice was broken. And it hurted, she could tell. She then realized that Takuto used to be a singer. But something happened. Takuto had rarely spoken to her, he only used hand and facial expressions to communicated. She had simply thought that he was extremely shy somewhat like her. She was wrong. Takuto was hurt, broken. Upon realizing this, Rio fell down. Takuto panicked and took her in his arms, remembering his time in the hospital, he wished her to be well and not have to go through what he did. However, he started worrying as he noticed that her chest was bleeding. This time it was Rios secret that was exposed. Takuto found out that Rio had a heart condition, it was terminal. There was no cure or operation that could save her. Rio was dying. But she was always cheerful and smiling. Takuto couldnt understand. He explained to Rio his story. He used to be a singer, until one day he got into a motorcycle accident. It damaged his throat, including his vocal cords. It hurted him everytime he spoke. The doctors told him that he had to undergo an operation that would remove his vocal cords. But Takuto didnt want to live in a life without his voice, his voice was everything to him. He couldnt be as strong as she was. He wanted to end his life! After a heated argument in which both cried, Rio smiled at him and told him that his warm smile was all that she needed. She wanted him to live and smile. For this round, each group was a assigned a god/goddess. We got Poseidon. So our videos theme relates to water and what happens when you make the God of the Sea angry. {Story} Terra is Poseidon, God of the Sea. One day, he decides to vender out to the human world. While gazing at his sea, he sees a beautiful mortal, Aqua. She too is staring into the vast, calming sea. She then notices him, and smiles. Poseidon instantly falls in love with her. However, her heart is already taken by her childhood friend Ventus, whom she loves back. Jealous and heartbroken, Poseidon sums a giant tsunami out of his anger. The tsunami separates the couple, as Aqua tries to save her beloved. Unfortunately, it is all in vain, as they both parish in the large wave, as Aquas eyes look at her love for the last time. Poseidons tsunami affects more than just Aqua and Ven. The God of the Sea is so hurt that he looses control of his powers and so the tsunami goes on, destroying more lives. In an island called Destiny Island, Sora Riku and Kairi are best friends, they have a beautiful life, with a home, family and friends. When the tsunami arrives to their island, they separate, and Sora cant save Kairi, his true love. He finds Riku, who in the end survived to the tsunami, but Sora is hurt because of trying to save Kairi, and his wounds causes his end. Here is another Back to the Future MEP part for Shiny Wings Studio (the second today)! ^^ This is one is also overdue, I apologize for that. Its simple, but I like how this one turned out, even though I feel like I could have done better. I do feel like I FAILED the end instrumental part though.... I did not add any coloring effect, but I did add a few lyrics. I know, I still need to improve my text editing xD sorry.... The main theme for this MEP is hope, friendship, being brave, being able to move forward and like the song says, knowing were not alone, so we had to focus on a characters point of view.
