~Read the Description to understand the Story~

This is my first anime cross over! ^^
I really like how it turned out, and I even came up with a story while making it!

~ Story :
Rio, a young shy girl one day starts feeling unwell as she shivers and crumbles down. Little did the people around her know, that this is something she was used to. Usually no one helped her. However, this time a young boy with a warm smile looked at her and extended a gentle hand to help her back up. Surprised, Rio smiled back at the stranger and accepted his hand. This was the start of a new friendship.
Sometime later, Rio discovered Takuto's secret. She caught him singing, or rather trying to sing. His voice was broken. And it hurted, she could tell. She then realized that Takuto used to be a singer. But something happened. Takuto had rarely spoken to her, he only used hand and facial expressions to communicated. She had simply thought that he was extremely shy somewhat like her. She was wrong. Takuto was hurt, broken.
Upon realizing this, Rio fell down. Takuto panicked and took her in his arms, remembering his time in the hospital, he wished her to be well and not have to go through what he did. However, he started worrying as he noticed that her chest was bleeding. This time it was Rio's secret that was exposed. Takuto found out that Rio had a heart condition, it was terminal. There was no cure or operation that could save her. Rio was dying. But she was always cheerful and smiling. Takuto couldn't understand. He explained to Rio his story. He used to be a singer, until one day he got into a motorcycle accident. It damaged his throat, including his vocal cords. It hurted him everytime he spoke. The doctors told him that he had to undergo an operation that would remove his vocal cords. But Takuto didn't want to live in a life without his voice, his voice was everything to him. He couldn't be as strong as she was. He wanted to end his life!
After a heated argument in which both cried, Rio smiled at him and told him that his warm smile was all that she needed. She wanted him to live and smile.
