On February 17, 2014, the United Nations Commission of Inquiry (COI) on the situation of human rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea released its report.

To mark the 10th anniversary of the COI's report, HRNK is sharing remarks and reflections from officials, leading experts, and North Korean escapees.

Today, we are sharing remarks by Joseph Kim, a Program Manager at the George W. Bush Institute.
