On June 20, 2024, HRNK hosted the virtual launch of its latest report, highlighting the ongoing human suffering in North Korea's detention facilities through satellite imagery analysis and former detainee testimonies.

The event featured a presentation by Joseph S. Bermudez Jr., Senior Adviser & Imagery Analyst at HRNK. Following the presentation, remarks were given by Raymond Ha, Director of Operations & Research at HRNK, and the discussion was moderated by Greg Scarlatoiu, Executive Director at HRNK.
