I wanted to try and merge my somewhat atmospheric style with something that could be a buildup into a battle underground. I was thinking about some Final Fantasy VII speedruns recently after being addicted to those a few years ago (thank you Clabe) and remembered that moment where you go through that underwater passage before you get ready to steal the Shinra submarine.

This ended up being extremely discordant, to the point where I'm actually not sure whether some of the chords I've used clash too much. I do think that I'm playing this one right on the edge but might just about work. I did have some trouble towards the end of this trying to squeeze a few more lower backing chords into the timeline but might not have blended things as well as I liked.

Hope you enjoy this one anyway. Hoping to get back on a roll doing some more original works. Trying to avoid things getting one-dimensional in my compositions!
