Blues and barrelhouse pianist Ethen Leinwad and Scott Joplin Museum curator Bryan Cather told me of this clip. In it, Lawrence Welk comes behind Jo Ann Castle and starts to play with her hair, in the process pulling it off while she plays her "Chopstick's Boogie". Apparently, this particular clip was an accident, but it was so funny that they actually repeated it a few times on purpose.
