Frank Milne was an arranger with QRS piano rolls. His rolls are usually labeled as "boring", as he usually arranged rolls of songs that were less exciting. However, this roll is the opposite to that, being very exciting and ragtime-y. "Shine On Harvest Moon" was written in 1907 by Nora and Jack Bayworth. Nora featured in the Ziegfeld Follies of 1907, and it was a huge hit in sheet music and record sales, and is still remembered fondly today. QRS roll #5206
