Please listen to my legal argument.
I claim Jehovah's Witnesses supreme leaders, sometimes refered to as the "faithfull slave" or "the "trippel trinity slave" should replace the escavator that sank to the bottom of a Norwegian fjord due to acts of god.
The general rule is that every house is build by someone, but God has build the earth. Jehovah witnesses love to quote this prinsipp from the Bible. The person that build a house is also responsible for harm or injuries that happen due to sad house malfunktioning.
If Jehovah created Norway and said that mankind should turn this into a paradise, (fully aware that there are hidden pockets of salty clay) he have the legal responsibilty to cover any damages happening as a direct result of this hidden clay.
The governing body of Jehovah Witness claim that Jesus apeared invisible (and spoke inaudible) in 1919 electing them as the faithfull slave. This 9 headed slave claim they are in charge of all his belonging.
The plaintif (goatlike personalily) have no evidence that the "slave" really was elected by Jesus, and the "slave" themself have not provided two witnesses witch is a minimum requrement in the Watchtower religion.
However, the "slave" are accepting donations to "Jehovah" into their bankacount. Thusly identifying themselt as the "slave" that also should pay out damagas in cases of "acts of god"
Since an "act of God" ruined my escavator and almost killed my friend, I therefor claim that the "faithfull and discreet slave shoud pay damages.
