After trying Pisco Porton at the Peru Event, I visited two restaurants offering delicious cocktails made with Pisco Porton. CANCHITA is Singapore's first Peruvian-dedicated restaurant offering modern fusion Peru cuisines. I was mind-blown by the vibrant colours and flavours - definitely a must try. It's a restaurant that made me a fan of Peruvian cuisines.
Then I headed over to D.Bespoke, a speakeasy Ginza-style bar. There's no fixed cocktail menu and though the drinks are on the pricey-side, the quality and atmosphere they provide is simply beautiful.
