I have not long finished what was a truly outstanding seminar on Japanese Kickboxing today with my great friend, K-1 über talent and Maji Art of Fight founder/head coach Tai Terada 🔥🥋🥊👀

We had a mat chock full of talent who had made their way to Manchester from all different parts of the UK for this exclusive event!! I had an absolute ball having the likes of Damien Trainor and Paul Karpowicz on the mats for this 🤯

I know everyone who attended had a fantastic time!! Here, in this clip I took during it, Tai (alongside the equally brilliant Yannick Bahati) gives a demonstration on one way he likes to coach fighters to get used to throwing fast back kicks 🔥👀

Killer day with killer people!! What a way to spend a Saturday!!
