I recently had the huge pleasure to visit one of my favourite gyms in the world once more, the truly outstanding SB Gym in Utrecht 🔥 This Kickboxing gym has crazy amounts of talent on its mats every evening and is ran by the phenomenal Said El Badaoui 🤯🥊🔥👀

In this clip I stole whilst I was there, he goes over a Dutch Kickboxing drill he likes to use when coaching fighters 🥊

Said is an exceptional coach with an unparalleled ability for creating elite level strikers! The filming we did was for his second full length instructional volume for the Warrior Collective 🔥 Dutch style Kickboxing at its very best!! I can’t wait to share this one with you when it is ready!!
