We did it, y'all! 31 days of ZOIA patches, wow! For this last day I wanted to take what all I learned this month and actually recreate the Music Thing Modular Turing Machine module for real (can you tell I like turing machines? lol). The YouTube channel Sound + Voltage has a fantastic video detailing how the turing machine works, and I recommend you check it out! Working through each feature one by one, I finally got the machine up and running on the ZOIA. To showcase it, I took the clock LFO and the TM output out to MIDI to control my Poly D synthesizer. The synth then runs back into the ZOIA for effects.
For those of you who tuned in to any or all of my videos this month, thank you so much! It was a fantastic experience getting to work with ZOIA this intensely, and I can't wait to think up more exciting patches down the line.
