📊 The most intuitive way to understand CNS fatigue is the difference between your maximum outputs and the outputs that you can produce today.
Fatigue reduces your ability to produce maximal outputs.

Rather than speculating on if you’re fatigued or not, it’s best to regularly test outputs and compare to your best. (VBT, jump height, strength tests, etc.)
